Day 13_Mon truc en plumes

[People of the world, the Coronavirus has locked us up. But not only will it not be able to take us, but we will make the most of the lockdown. Here’s my idea for the day.]

Therapy of optimism: see Zizi Jeanmaire in Mon truc en plumes. Her husband, Roland Petit, created this piece -brilliant, absurd and wonderful- for her and her legs, the pink feathers and her legs; the Yves Saint Laurent costume and Zizi’s legs. The song was composed by Jean Constantin.
She premiered it in 1961 at the Alhambra Theatre Music-Hall in Paris and it was a huge success, of course. She was in the historic cover of Paris Match.
