Este número de Mi hermana Elena recoge todos los elementos que hacen que Bob Fosse haya sido Bob Fosse: el humor, el efecto, la brillantez en el gesto, la musicalidad que raya el mickey-mousing, la colocación de caderas, el movimiento del sombrero… y la generosidad del coreógrafo que se mide en la película con otro brillantísimo bailarín: Tommy Rall.
En la película, ambos personajes son antagónicos pretendientes de un mismo bellezón: nada menos que Janet Leigh. Lo mejor de este número es observar cómo, durante el solo de Rall, Fosse contempla maravillado cómo su “contrincante” baila su propia coreografía… y rompe a aplaudir.
